After a week and half of waiting for the LBS to fix my bike they called and said it was ready. I called back and asked, "What was wrong with BB"? "What there was something wrong with the BB? We just replaced the chain and did a tune-up". That's not what I wanted or asked for. This came from the area's better known shop. I am mad as ....!
