Two days of training behind me. The Stage Race Effect really lingered! I'm fine now, but down a little compared to a few weeks ago. Ebb and flow, right? I am continually amazed at the difference in ability when I compare what I can do vs. a life long athlete - as in the women I compete against in the district who are my age peers. They are amazing. I am chasing. I may run out of daylight before I catch them. I'll keep trying, though.
