While your video makes the radbot and the superflash look pathetic (really... new battery time, maybe?), my experience is that the radbot is quite adequate for tree lined rural roads where the chief threat is from directly behind (the beam is focused and not terribly broad) and things flashy and red stand out. I'll grant that I would be less happy with it in an urban environment (not enough coverage) and it might not be the ticket for mid day in some wide open space kind of place. I've seen them on other bikes while driving my car -- visibility seems great to me when approaching from the rear.
