vintage racing road bikes or TT bikes when is upgrade with high end components is can be good as 2015 road racing bikes? And when say entry level bike that is means is just the components? I mean when one entry level road bike is upgrade with high end components is go count as high end bike? or not because the frame is go be entry level?
