I've not noticed the Vittoria name on a Daccordi frame before. Mine is also red and blue also but a different pattern. If you search a bit you will find a 1987 Daccordi catalog on someone's website that may shed some light on what the Turbo model entails.
Nice looking bike. They really did elaborate paint jobs.
