I have the Trek CrossRip, but I test road the Felt V85. The Trek fit me better so I went with it, but the Felt over all is a better deal component wise when looking at the pricing between the two. However, I was not worried about components as I was moving over parts from another bike so the frame fit was my primary concern. I liked the ride of the Felt it was nice though. I really dont think you can go wrong, with either.
