In my area that's gone in an hour - even without all of the right parts. Not all RB-1s are equally valuable, the most desired are the ones with the bi-plane fork crown. Typical value is between 500-650 in decent condition, depending on the model.

If that's in MY area, I would have gotten it in less than an hour!!! Amazing that it is still there (assuming he would take the ad down when sold)...
