Sat - solo rear tube went flat about 11km from home went to replace with a new tube and it exploded due to a pinch when I put the new tube in. Made the call to get my wife to come pick me up. In the meantime I attempted to find out where the leak was in the old tube someone stopped and helped me gave me their spare. Called wife to cancel the pick up and rode back home.
Sun - solo again was making good time so I extended my ride to 50km but that headwind was so draining the last 15km was brutal (plus I had to race home to take my daughter out for her classes) painful yesterday but looking forward to doing it again this weekend!
