All joking aside, that's not a half bad idea. They could make it a Project One thing, so you can pick any paint, components, etc. But unless they sold the pants off of them, the price probably wouldn't be very attractive. Plus, the lack of downtube shifters would probably be a deal-killer for you.
No, just a nice steel frame with a level top tube, 105 or Ultrgra 11 speed, $1500-$2000 range. Nothing fancy. Like the Raleigh Record Ace they made for a couple of years (not the new one that they ruined).
