I doubt superglue alone will hold, day in day out, bottle in bottle out. But hey, at worst you lose a bottle which drops in your wheels and causes you and/or others to crash, so you might as well leave it and see how long it lasts.

I would identify an adhesive actually known to be useful for CF before attempting a repair. A bottle cage isn't a super intense application, but you really don't want it breaking. I'd seriously consider a new cage. Plastic is a great material for those. I'm partial to Specialized Rib cages. Fairly cheap, work great, and look decent.
