First question is how much did you pay for each cell and where did you buy them?
like the others said those cells are not what they seem to be....
they are probably 2000 mAH each which will give you 18AH total...
if you're doing 25 mph, you'll prolly only get 15 miles out of them.
What chemistry are they supposed to be?
give us as much detail as you can about the cells, battery, charger, BMS and controller.
