For unique, I've always wanted to do a Dura Ace AX bike, and in fact had a few of the parts before I bailed out of the idea. Something like this is possible, because you occasionally see an aero tube columbus frame pop up for sale:

Then, ride it at the Dairyland Dare 200k or 250k. That will impress someone.
