Bikes: Old Steelies I made, Old Cannondales

Straddle the toptube.
Line up the section of handlebar on each side of the stem, with each fork dropout.
Move the bike forward a tiny bit until the fork tips are obscured by the handle bars.
Both fork tips should disappear at the same time.
