Vince , having the suspension both wheels requires some thought . I added a front basket to my wifes bike that has front suspension . I bought a basket with 2 supports to hang over the handlebars and using large /strong plastic ties I connected the bottom of the basket to the top of each fork tying them through the caged section holding it very secure . This enabled the front fork suspension not to interfere with the basket position , and allowing the weight of shopping groceries to hang without getting in the way . I had to adjust the stem so the basket rested just above the forks where they were tied .
Or another way for your ceMOTO could be to attach a seat post rack attachment to your steering stem allowing a basket to sit on top .
