And you are entirely correct, being vigilant with your lifestyle (eating lifestyle) Is how i kept it off at the 250 range.I was living with a friend and she made all of the food, which was mainly healthy stuff. After i moved back home the healthy eating had stopped.

But to get back on point, i ride for the pure enjoyment of it... i get a high off of it i suppose. So are there more chill road bikes that aren't for racing? Like a casual road bike ha ha. I'm honestly just looking for a decent road bike to ride 6-10miles a day and on the days where i feel like i have energy ill go for 15-20miles. The awol costs way to much and the secteur i'd have to save more money.

But to make a long question short: If i bought the allez and rode it for 2 hours a day id be fine?
You need to test ride bikes. Plenty of moderately priced bikes that are not all that racing oriented. Usually it means a taller headtube allowing for a somewhat more upright position than the hunched over position favored by racing oriented bikes. Every manufacturer has one these days.

Among them are the Cannondale Synapse, Trek Domane, Giant Defy, Surly Pacer, and Jamis Quest Sport. If you look further, you will find drop bar road bikes that are even more versatile like the Salsa Vaya, Giant AnyRoad, Trek Cross Rip, Kona Rove, and Felt V100, and the All City Space Horse. Some of these are in your budget, some are not. All are worth checking out and perhaps, better suited to what you are trying to do than the Allez.
