Spent this afternoon doing my weekly cleaning and maintenance. Checking tire pressure, tightening/adjusting everything, cleaning and lubricating. All fun and games until I couldn't find the cap to one of my presta tire valves. Made a cursory look around, checked all over the garage floor, nothing. Swept the floor just to make sure I didn't miss anything, still couldn't find it. Spent another half-hour rechecking everything before giving up.

Went inside to cool off, then I checked my shirt pocket. Sure enough, I put the cap there so I would be SURE I wouldn't lose it.
