Just push the 130mm wheel in there. It's close enough. Some frames are further out than this from the factory.
+1. Don't bother refining the spacing any further. In the late 80's and early 90's many frames were intentionally spaced 128 mm and sold with either 7-speed (126) or 8-speed (130) components at different price points.
