I got an email from our health insurance folks at work. (They send out weekly email newsletters with informative articles. Many have actually been helpful so I do read them.) A recent article extolled the greatness of kettlebell exercises. I promptly did a bit of research to find a proper kettlebell and set out to take on this new routine.
The workout 'circuit' just used 3 moves--the "swing", some type of squat and a deadlift. I didn't think too much about how all three were primarily using the legs. . .
The next day I was sore.
The second day I was more sore.
The third day I contemplated applying for a handicapped parking permit.
Anybody want to buy an essentially brand new kettlebell?
