Oh so is the adapter a part that just came with that particular set of aerobars and not really available on its own? Edit: I've looked at many on ebay and I seen none of these adapters. Perhaps this is a part I could fabricate myself though.

If your replacement rims have the same ERD then you are good to go with the current spokes with the same hub. Quality spoke can be had for $1.00 each and sometimes less. Google is your friend here. Oh yeah I realize now the rims would probably not be the exact same so spokes might have to be different length. Dang I am going to end up spending more replacing some old rims than I did on the whole bike.

I think I can figure out how to mount the bar end shifters fine, I was curious about Robbie's aero bar DT shifter mount though. But for bar ends - are they compatible with Suntour Sprint derailleurs and 7 speed freewheel or am I going to have to swap a bunch of other stuff? I can handle mounting them into the bar ends lol, its the rest of the install I'm not sure about.
