Preferences: Miele Uno 12 or Miyata One Ten ?

Assuming that either bike would fit, which of these bikes is the better deal ??

1 - Miele Uno 12 with Ishiwata 1430 cro-moly frame and all Japanese alloy components Sugino crank set, Araya alloy wheels, Shimano Light Action SIS, for $40

2 - Miyata One Ten (1985 ?) with triple butted Miyata steel frame and all alloy Japanese components, Araya alloy wheels, friction shifters, for $20.

The Miyata appears to be in much better condition (cosmetics) than the Miele but indications on this forum are that entry-level bottom-of-the-barrel Miyatas are basically scrap.
The Miele is cosmetically a bit rougher but it does have the Ishiwata frame and the indexed shifters. Unfortunately, at $40 it costs twice as much as the Miyata....

Ewok for scale.
