I just hosted 5 guys from Denmark who came here to fish. Over cold beers afterward one day, one of them looked in the open door of my truck and commented on how odd it was to see a standard shift. "Been driving a standard all of my life…it feels right to me now." I told him.
Just like down tube friction shifters, I guess.
