That looks like one of the bad Chinese copies, IE: lowrider website quality. The steerer tubes often have to be trimmed, and one I bought was able to be cut in about 8 strokes. Like thick tin foil. It also caused the bike to try to turn right constantly. Unless that is one of the later model Schwinn or Electra springers, it is likely junk. How thick is the pivot bolt on the crown area, and does it have bushings between the bolt and fork legs. That's usually a dead giveaway.,,,,BD
