Park Tools make upgraded replacement heads for the PCS-1, and I believe you can still buy replacement parts for the original design head.

Go to the Park Tool website, and look at the products for sale (quick release heads), and parts diagrams to determine exactly what you have, what you need to replace, and how to put what you have together.
