My problem is everyone including my wife say's that now I look to skinny. My face has gotten that "gaut" look. I would like to lose another 30lbs which should put me in the average catagory acording to the BMI index. So who is right??? Thats my dilema. Do I use the BMI index as a goal or just stop where I am and maintain my existing weight keeping the wife happy?

Don't use the BMI index to measure your goal. It's a good tool, but I would measure your bodyfat and go by that. Losing 30 pounds of fat and muscle is different from losing 30 pounds of fat.

Good job on your weight loss.
