Hi all! first post, and apologies if im in the wrong section. I will learn as i go

Before i go on, ill preface this by saying im a triathlete in the offseason in my first year of road racing. I love it! And i can hear the groans from here re: triathlete

Anyway, im looking to build my first frame over time.
Im a bit thick with this. Im trying to see if a road frame fits me- this one is a bit different, being a Ridley as i believe they run large?. Im considering having a good dig at this, considering its a frame i can use normal brakes on and not the integration in the FAST models.

For everything i have ever ridden, its always been medium/54. Im 177cm tall, seat height of 71.5cm from middle of bb to seat centre.
Current bike:
Scott foil size 54:
Stack - 549
Reach - 385
H/tube - 140
I have 2cm of spacers (no headset cap) and run a 110mm stem with 6 degree rise (which is the stock stem on a 54), all stock compact bars aswell.
Ridley Noah (not the FAST version so i dont have to dick around with integrated brakes) in a small (!!!)
Stack - 545
Reach - 385
h/Tube - 145
I have no idea how Ridley adjust their seatpost with the integration, and i may have to contact the seller to see if it can reach 71.5cm in height.
But am i correct in assuming this will fit? The head tube being 5mm larger on the ridley, would that mean i would be running the same 20mm of spacers such as i do now on the foil, to achieve the same stack height? Ridleys scare the **** out of me for sizing, and being a first bike build, i want to nail the first and most crucial step.
Thanks. Again, apologies if im in the wrong section! Looking forward to learning a bit more of the roadie culture!
