I usually ride through just about anything.
For instance. It was 29 degrees on this day a few months ago and the wind was howling.
Notice the guy out on Lake Calhoun wind surfing.
I'm not quite to that extreme, but you get the idea.

Also, I had one of my longer rides of the year back in January.
Snowed five inches total by the end of the day. That was a total pain with those skinny Paselas on that Merckx.
