I mean, Fiji water is still a thing. It should not be a thing, but it is. There are enough people that enjoy the cachet of water from Fiji that it is profitable to bottle it and ship it across the world, at the expense of people that live in Fiji as well as the environment. The economic system being what it is, profit is generally emphasized over ethics and that isn't going to change anytime soon; it is on the consumer to vote with the wallet and act responsibly on an individual level...which requires the cultural shift GC is referring to. Oil companies and their CEOs are responsible to the shareholders before the general public, and if it costs less in legal damages to act unethically than it does to do things by the book, that's the way you go, because deep down our economic system is a sketchy scalper selling questionably legitimate yankees tickets just outside the tunnel that goes from the parking lot to the stadium.
