I don't think it would work but what are you trying to accomplish?

The issue is the machining for the freewheel/fixed gear hub. I guess you could use a tandem crossover crankset and get a hub that was machined fixed/fixed and put a fixed gear cog and lock ring on each side but the left side would be threaded backwards so you'd be relying on the lock ring to hold it in place.
