I recently bought a Ridley bike via the Internet without test riding it first. The specs & sizes all seemed good & the price was excellent.
However, the sizing felt wrong from the first ride.
I've since bought another bike for which I had a proper fitting. It's a cheaper bike but fits me better & is a more enjoyable & quicker ride.

from your post it looks like as though all the numbers align but I'd recommend test riding it first.
