I might buy my lunch 1 or 2 times a month. I have one of those insulated lunch box/cooler things that I pack my lunch in everyday. Been doing this for almost 11 years now. Eating out gets too expensive plus when I pack I know exactly what/how much im eating when it comes to calories and all that
