Right here. Adjust the tension such that you can almost unclip from them unintentionally, say when your mashing. If you start actually unclipping unintentionally then it's too loose; dial it up a couple notches. The idea is to make it as easy as possible, so that twisting your foot out takes the least effort possible and becomes second nature.
