I've been in the market for a decent Hi-vis jersey with a lot of reflectivity.

I normally wear an EN-1150 rated vest, but it's sort of crappy because it's always flapping in the breeze as I ride.

caveats: I'm a recreational road cyclist who does 75-80% of his riding at dawn, dusk or in the dark.

I've all ready got the lighting covered pretty well, I'd just want something that's part of the jersey and not another layer.
