I am 5' 8" so I think both should be fine. The miyata post doesn't have a specific size so I would have to ask him. Would the centurion be able to handle the weight of loaded panniers? I think thats my only concern. I wouldn't be going on tours that often and the primary use for the bike will be going for rides 3-5 times a week for at least 20km.
