Colour great, marque mostly unheard of, frame looks good quality, comp... Cotters no worry and look classy, brakes Balila center pulls good, Drs lacking mucho but low Campy. Bars HB unknown. Headset as someone mentioned Agasti or such good. Wheels interesting and prob Gnutti. So..
Offer 75 to 90 and see what he counters with. Frame is the main thing better if it's your ideal size.
I would be jealous if you got it. 22 is my size.
