At 6'2" I capped out at 195 in law school since it was a five minute ride from my home.
Riding to work on a cross bike got me down to a reliable 188 or so.
Switching over to a cargo bike and pedaling my kids to school got me down to a reliable 180.
I'm shooting for 165 (my lowest adult weight, reached by biking to undergrad in the Texas summers), but that would require pretty drastic changes in diet, and all of my weight loss up until this point has been through increase in exercise rather than through dietary restrictions. We'll see if I can commit to that. I'm in my mid thirties now and realizing the differences between dropping to 165 in my early 20s and attempting the same when nearing middle age.
