The best thing you can do if you carry a cell phone is call the Cops, give the 911 dispatcher your location, a discription of the driver, vehicle, license plate, name on the door if the guy is advertising his company or the company he work for.
I like to ride out of town in the countryside, because - it's beautiful. However, most of the bad incidents I get into are out there with the local Pennsyltuckians in big trucks. Guess what? The areas they live and drive around in have basically no cell phone reception!
