I think that probably has to be right. I think a good portion just has to do with genetic predisposition. There's a lot of variability within and overlap between body types, but I'm just never going to be as big muscularly as some guys who are predisposed to it and some are just never going to be as thin as I am. That's not to say we should give up and just not be healthy, but we should judge ourselves by our own standards and not others'.
