Thailand. In the supermarkets when I was on holiday there four or five years ago I found litre tin cans of patch cement for around £2.00 and was very tempted to bring a few cans back. However, with all the other stuff my good lady had already bought I decided this was pushing the luggage allowance too far . I haven't seen any similar quantities for sale in the UK.
