I understand! Tubes of glue go bad; unused patches do not. Search for "Vulcanizing cement" or "vulcanizing glue" on Amazon or google shopping, and you'll see lots of options, including some you'll find at a auto parts store. I'm pretty sure as long as the word "vulcanizing" is used, you'll be okay. I got a lot of ten little tubes of Slime vulcanizing cement a year or two ago, which has kept me mostly out of trouble.
Thanks for the advice. I was able to find a big bottle of Slime Rubber Cement on Amazon for a reasonable price.
