Bikes: Pinarello Montello, Merckx MX Leader, Merckx Corsa Extra, Pinarello Prologo, Tredici Magia Nera, Tredici Cross

I have a 3 mile 1200 ft climb to get home. Dirt! It's a maintained road so, better than a rough trail. I ride road bikes up it, all the time. The question will be, what is the condition of that trail & how wide? Are there boulders, puddles, streams? What is the gradient?
