OK, here's the "evidence". Broken Thrust washer replaced.

Now my crank arms are even. I bought two Raleigh cotters from bikesmithdesigns and the instructions were great. Went in with ease. Now if I could get a replacement left cranks arm that wasn't all rusted, that would be nice.
