Right, so, Windsor bikes allowed them to sell??? They ARE Windsor bikes!! It is that sort of deception that people frequently comment on and dislike. Anyway, take it for what you will, as I said, I own one and it is a decent bike for the price - after it was worked on. If you are not a good wrench, be sure to take it to a LBS. But by all means don't be misled by marketing......or shills.
