But it is brighter than the light of a thousand moons and it always works, never runs low. I ride a lot in the dark, so this is a pretty important safety thing, I did not scrimp. Not saying everyone needs to spend $400 on a rear blinky to be safe. Just that if you buy this one, it will perform 100% as advertised.
