Can anyone recommend an LBS in the East Bay, specifically in the tri valley or toward Walnut Creek? Also, how much should I be looking to spend? Thanks!
I got my first bike fit in the 3d bike fit studio in SF 2 years ago. My fitter was Ryan who now has his own fit studio in Berkeley.
He did an amazing job and he also gave me frame sizing suggestions when I needed a new bike.

He might suggest to change your contact points, so the fit can be quite expensive at the end. Make sure you discuss your budget for the components during the fit to find the best solution for you. During my original fit I got a new saddle, stem, handlebar, pedals and custom orthotics. Was it worth it? Yes.
