I haven't measured the exact width, but I would guess the one's used for a "32mm" tire would be around 30-32mm, as the liner is for 28mm-32mm tires and doesn't it doesn't wrap around the entire inside of the tire, just the tip that comes in contact with the road. So picture the red line in your picture, pressed to the top of the tire where the green line is.
