Well, it's definitely a Pinarello, definitely with replacement decals, possibly re-painted. My guess is it's from the early '80s - aside from some chroming differences it looks very similar to mine from ~1982. Eyelets could have been a factory option or added before a re-paint.

A better shot of the dropouts might help with identifying it.
