ctl is in the positive (for the first time in weeks) slept well last two nights, and i'm ready to lock n load.
going to focus on my 60-180s power this week....which has always been my downfall, back in the day my post race commentary would be.....
if i had xxx for a minute i wouldn't have been dropped, and now its.....
if i had xxx for a minute i could have won.
Tnw's tonight....its just a matter of who i get dropped with....i'm not a climber but its a fun workout except for the parts you wonder if you are having a hard attack or that's just general suffering.
