I'm 86kg. I have about 6-8kg more to lose, which I'm saving for the fall/winter.
My current FTP (last tested about 6 weeks ago) is 225w, or 2.61w/kg.
My FTP sucks in comparison to my sprint. So that dictates my race tactics. And yes, I started in January from 'off the couch,' but I have decades of experience as a competitive athlete, just not in cycling.
