looks like it is good to 5F......16F was my coldest ride last winter, want to go colder but I guess at or near 5 it needs to go inside layers :-), oops rereading the edge is good to -4F it was the Gsc-10 is 5F
Keeps recording but my experience has been don't expect the Edge screen to stay responsive (in readable output, or accepting touch input) below 20-25F. OFC, when I'm riding in that sh#t the least of my worries is what the Edge screen is saying. The newer Edges are better in that regard, the older Edges would just blank out in said cold weather.

That is great that some engineer egghead in a cubicle specifies the operating temps as such. It is really great.
