BUT if I was put in a life or death situation where my life depended on my choice of frameset I'd go with the super pista.

Because:
725 has silly overly long top tubes to eliminate toe overlap which is not really a problem at all.
Mash Bolt has equally silly faux-pursuit geometry; better get a positive rise stem and risers to offset the effect!
Super pista because it has true to goodness track geometry and fit.
